You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce (except as provided in Section 1.3 of these Terms and Conditions), create new works from, distribute, perform, display or in any way exploit, any of the Content of this Website (including software) in whole or in part.
    3. You may however download or copy the Content and other downloadable items displayed on the Website subject to the following conditions:
      1. The material may only be used for your personal non-commercial purposes.
