Galleries to Go

Meet Professor Clutter, a museum curator who brings handling objects from Access Artefacts into your school and transforms your classroom into a museum.

These award winning facilitated sessions are structured around planned activities to enable object based information and learning.

Teachers receive guidance and suggestions for subsequent teaching following the session.

Galleries to Go are available for a half day booking (two one hour sessions each for a class of up to 30 pupils) or a full day (four one hour sessions each for a class of up to 30 pupils)

Exploring life in Africa, past and present, through ceremonial and domestic objects from across the continent. Divided across the themes of domestic life, artistic and cultural, conflict and ceremonial and spiritual, your class will handle artefacts and their continuing significance to modern Africa.

Be an Archaeologist

Foundation to Key Stage 2

Investigate the Stone, Bronze and Iron Age with prehistoric objects left behind.

Aimed to help children develop speaking, listening and investigative skills through the exploration of mystery artefacts; the objects have no obvious links, and are split into four the four themes of Animal Features, Getting a Good Breakfast Inside You, Luxuries and Prehistoric Treasures.
